Shipping Information
Getting your PT30 ELD device into your hands quickly matters, especially if you’re racing a compliance deadline or trying to get a new truck back on the road. Here’s exactly how our shipping setup works, just so there are no weird surprises between checkout and delivery
Order Cutoff Time
Put your order in before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, and we’ll kick off processing it that same day. If the order lands after 2:00 PM EST or on the weekend, it gets swept into the next business day’s queue. If you’re working with a tight schedule, getting in early, in the morning hours or at least at the beginning of the day, is usually the simplest way to shave a bit of time off the delivery window.
Handling Time
Once an order comes in, our team gets it packed and out the door within one business day. We process orders Monday through Friday, so anything placed on a weekend or holiday waits until the next available business day to begin handling. We know fleets can’t afford downtime, so we don’t sit on orders any longer than we have to.
Transit Time
After your PT30 device leaves our facility, transit typically takes one to four business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Like handling, transit runs Monday through Friday. A package that ships out on a Friday won’t move again until Monday, so weekends don’t count toward your delivery estimate.
Shipping Rates
We keep shipping simple with two options. After your PT30 device leaves our facility, the transit time is usually 1 to 4 business days, depending on where you are and also the shipping route you pick. Like handling, transit also runs Monday through Friday. So if a package ships out on a Friday, it won’t move again until Monday. That way, weekends just don’t count in your delivery estimate.
Ground shipping costs $20 and is the right call if you’re not in a rush and want the most budget-friendly way to get your device.
Next-day shipping costs $60 and is built for carriers who need their ELD hardware fast, whether that’s a new truck entering service or a device replacement that can’t wait.
Both options ship from the same warehouse and follow the same order cutoff and handling rules above. The only difference is how quickly the package moves once it’s in transit.
A Quick Example
You put in an order at 11:00 AM EST on a Tuesday. The handling day will be that same Tuesday, and your device will ship out by Wednesday. After that, the ground shipping lands somewhere between Thursday and the next Tuesday, but if it’s next-day shipping, it usually arrives on Thursday. Also, orders that get placed after the 2:00 PM cutoff, you know, they just shift the whole thing back by one business day.
